Continuity Planning Workshop for Community Groups - Online
Date: 19 May 2026
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
As a community organisation, you play an important role in supporting our community. A robust business continuity plan helps your organisation keep your essential services running during a disruption.
Disruption could come in many forms – a major earthquake, flood, prolonged power cut, or even the sudden unavailability of you or a skilled member of your staff.
We want to invite you to our free online continuity planning workshop which is tailored for community groups, not-for profits, and volunteering organisations in Wellington.
- Hear the collective experience of other Not-for profits, volunteer, and community organisations, share stories, lessons learned from past events and receive advice on how you can be more resilient.
- Attending will give you the time and space to start planning using our BCP guide and free resources.
A business continuity plan identifies how your organisation can keep its essential functions up and running during a time of disruption. Having a plan and practicing it ensures you can keep doing what you do best.
If you register for the workshop you will receive a MS Teams link a few days before the event, please check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
