Continuity Planning Workshop for Community Groups - Kāpiti

Date: Thursday 6th June 2024

Time: 9:30am - 11:30am

Location: Grace Hall, Kāpiti Impact Hub, 6 Tongariro Street, Paraparaumu

Do you ordinarily provide services to vulnerable groups or might need to provide extra assistance in a disaster?

Join WREMO and Volunteer Kāpiti for a free ‘business’ continuity planning workshop tailored for community groups.

As a community organisation, you play an important role in supporting our community. A robust business continuity plan helps your organisation keep your essential services running during a disruption. Having a plan in place and practising it ensure you can keep doing what you do best.

We would like to invite you to our free two-hour business continuity workshop which is tailored for community organisations.

This in-person workshop is an opportunity to learn not only from your local Emergency Advisor but the collective experience of other NGOs and community organisations.

Throughout the two hours we will guide you through our business continuity planning guide and give you tangible steps to increase your preparedness and resilience to disruptions.
